I’ve been reaching out every way possible trying to get in touch with someone to help since my order from the beginning of this month and I have heard absolutely nothing regarding my recent purchase. THE WRONG ITEMS were sent to me and I have sent picture proof and still I haven’t heard a thing. This is close to my last resort before I take further action, but I would love for some sort of explanation/refund/replacement as to why the wrong items were sent to me.

I’d been chatting with someone on the website from Friday 4/18 to Sunday 4/20 and they asked me to send pictures which I sent and I haven’t heard anything back and it is now Wednesday 4/30. I even emailed on 4/23 and got a generic response that they would respond in 24-48 hours and it is way beyond that point now.

I placed 2 separate orders and did not receive the correct items in BOTH. The shirts I received were not even pictured on the website that way anyhow.

Very disappointed and HIGHLY recommend never ordering from here because the customer service is awful.

I was so excited to get my sweatshirt - the design is great! However the actually words and print were printed completely off-centered. I reached out to customer service with photos twice. Each time I got an automated response that they’d get back to me in 48hrs but I still have not heard anything. Very disappointing .

I've Already had this crewneck for 5ish years and love it. Bought this one for a friend. Definitely get compliments and questions which turn into gospel sharing opportunities

My sweatshirt came damaged. The vinyl letters were melted together. I reached out immediately and have sent 4 emails and have gotten NO response. It was a Christmas gift and my daughter will be so disappointed. 😞

Very, very disappointed in the quality of the sweatshirt. I purchased my other two sweatshirts in black and burgundy when they were first introduced on Maverick City‘s tour. The quality of my two older sweatshirts far surpass the quality of the sweatshirt that I just received. Also, it is not forest green. It’s more like a Christmas green, which is not what I wanted at all. Very disappointed!
